I am a specialist physiotherapist in pelvic health and breast cancer rehabilitation.
I have over 20 years experience of working as a Physiotherapist. I initially specialised in musculoskeletal physiotherapy before discovering my passion for pelvic health physiotherapy and breast cancer rehabilitation.
I created my practice to provide women with calm, personalised care in a comfortable and supportive environment where they feel heard, understood and fully supported.
I understand that symptoms affecting pelvic health or recovery after cancer treatment can impact far more than physical wellbeing. They can affect confidence, comfort, movement, exercise, work, relationships, and everyday life. My approach is centred around creating a safe and reassuring space where you can speak openly and feel genuinely cared for.
Each treatment is tailored to the individual, combining evidence-based physiotherapy with a gentle, holistic approach. Whether you are seeking support for pelvic floor symptoms, pelvic pain, post-surgical tightness, lymphatic concerns, or returning to exercise after treatment, care is always guided by your goals, lifestyle, and stage of recovery.
Appointments take place from my private home clinic to ensure they feel calm, unhurried, and discreet — offering a more personal experience than a busy clinical setting.
My aim is to help women feel more comfortable, confident, and supported in their body at every stage of recovery.
I believe physiotherapy should feel supportive, informative, and tailored to the individual. My aim is not only to treat symptoms, but to help you better understand your body and feel more confident in your recovery.
Appointments are designed to feel calm, unhurried, and collaborative — giving you time to feel heard, ask questions, and receive care that is tailored specifically to your needs and goals.
Treatment may include hands-on therapy, rehabilitation exercises, movement guidance, education, and support returning to everyday activities or exercise safely and confidently.
I believe recovery is most effective when care feels personal, empowering, and realistic, helping women rebuild trust and confidence in their bodies at their own pace.
I am a Chartered Physiotherapist registered with the Health & Care Professions Council (HCPC), and a member of both the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (CSP) and the Pelvic, Obstetric and Gynaecological Physiotherapy Society (POGP).
Alongside over 20 years of clinical experience, I have undertaken extensive additional training in pelvic health physiotherapy, breast cancer rehabilitation, scar therapy, and lymphoedema management to ensure my practice remains informed by current evidence-based care.
Additional professional training includes:
