At Embody, I understand that sometimes appointments need to be cancelled or rearranged. I kindly ask that you provide as much notice as possible so that your appointment time can be offered to another patient.
Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or rearrange your appointment.
Appointments cancelled or rearranged with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a charge of 50% of the appointment fee.
If you do not attend your appointment and have not contacted Embody in advance, the appointment may be charged at 100% of the appointment fee.
I appreciate that unexpected circumstances and genuine emergencies can occur. Where there are exceptional circumstances, the cancellation charge may be waived at my discretion.
Occasionally, it may be necessary for me to cancel or rearrange an appointment. If this happens, you will not be charged and I will offer you an alternative appointment as soon as possible.

By booking an appointment with Embody, you acknowledge and agree to this cancellation policy.
